Our mission is to make fresh, healthy living simple and accessible to all Bristolians

Meet our Founder, Ben
With a background in endurance running, Ben has created Happy Shot from his own experiences and passion to bring wellness to fellow Bristolians.
About Ben
Ben is no stranger to bold ideas and big challenges. Back in 2015, he took on an extraordinary feat, running 401 marathons in 401 days. What started as a personal journey to hep others overcome adversity quickly became a national movement, raising over £330,000 for anti bullying charities Kidscape and Stonewall. His story captured hearts across the UK and beyond, earning awards and recognition such the BBC Sports Personality Helen Rollason award and National Pride of Britain award.
Fast forward to March 2024, and Ben’s passion for wellbeing took a new shape, this time in a bottle. Noticing how mainstream health shots were often filled with additives and lacked flavour, Ben set out to do things differently. Mixing up his own recipes at home, with the help of nutritionalists he met, Happy Shot was born.
Rooted in his belief that healthy living should be simple, enjoyable, and accessible, Ben launched Happy Shot across Bristol and the surrounding area. Ben has created a brand that is built on freshness, flavour, and feel good impact, each shot is made with real ingredients, no additives, and delivered for free straight to your door.
But Ben didn’t stop there. With community at the heart of everything he does, 10p from every bottle sold goes to support local Bristol based charities, making every shot a force for good, not just for your body, but for the people of Bristol too.
Whether he’s creating new flavours or personally delivering your order, Ben brings his trademark energy, authenticity, and heart to every part of the Happy Shot journey.
Keeping it Green
-
Recycle and Reuse
We recycle and reuse all our bottles, limiting the impact we have not just on the planet but on Bristol as well.
-
Plant-based
All our drinks are made from fruits and vegetables. Placing these at the centre of our diet is a simple way to improve our health and our beloved environment.
-
Locally sourced
Where possible our products are sourced from close proximity to Bristol, bar our citrus products for obvious reasons.

Organic where possible
We make the vast majority of our beverages from organic sourced produce direct from the Bristol Fruit Market. Our aim is to source 100% of our fruit and veggies from organically grown farms within 100 miles of Bristol, we are getting there but it's a journey!

Freshness from farm to bottle
We’re on a mission to make healthy and sustainable the delicious new normal for Bristol. Come on Bristol, join us!
